The rooms were air-conditioned and new-fashioned, had smoke detectors for safety. The location was decent, not too far away from System. The buffet breakfast was above average and hearty, had fruit and eggs.

I had a very pleasant experience. Whole place was spotless with brilliant views; perfect location next to the railway line. The room was reasonably priced. The service was very good, totally satisfied. Plus, I was able to park my car on-site.
Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

Liked our stay, had very comfortable 2 days overall. Warm rooms, outstanding staff, brilliant location. Exceptionally comfortable beds, an iron/ironing board, an electronic key card and a work desk were a nice touch. All in all everything was good, nevertheless we had very tiny bathroom. Lots of lovely options for meal. In general the service was excellent too.

Grand old place with particularly nice views. Everything was really good as expected, nonetheless the bathroom was too small. The location was ideal, you can visit Side by walking. There was a very nice restaurant, shopping malls and a market next door.

Our stay here was good, wonderful base for exploring Newcastle upon Tyne. We got room with a shower. The location was great. Dine at El Torero, which is located within 500 feet from the hotel.
